“For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels or demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.” Romans 8:38-39
This verse reminds me that our relationship with God is saturated in grace. There is nothing that we do or don’t do that can separate us from his presence. Help us, Lord, not to be ashamed of our imperfections, but rather open our hearts and minds to receive all that you have in store for us in spite of them. Amen
